SAN FRANCISCO, California, May 11 -- The California Public Utilities Commission issued the following final resolution (No. E-5121):
Pursuant to Electric Rule 15.I.3, Rule 16.G, and Industry Rule 7.1 of G.O. 96-B, PG&E seeks approval of three non-standard contracts for recovery of the costs of Distribution Line Extensions.
