WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission issued the following enforcement news release on Sept. 29:

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today filed a civil enforcement action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois against Roman Banoczay Jr., Roman Banoczay Sr., and their company, BAZUR Spol.
