WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following news release on Sept. 29:
The Federal Communications Commission today adopted a Report and Order eliminating the requirement that cable operators maintain records in their online public inspection files regarding their interests in video programming services.
