WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- Del. Amata Radewagen, R-American Samoa, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Aumua Amata congratulated three local organizations upon federal grant notifications for their youth programs teaching sexual risk avoidance. Together, the three grants total $929,206 for these efforts in American Samoa.
