ARLINGTON, Virginia, Sept. 25 -- The Arlington Public Schools issued the following news release:
The Arlington School Board appointed Dr. Melaney Mackin as the new Principal of Carlin Springs Elementary School at its Sept. 24 meeting. Dr. Mackin currently serves as the principal at Silverbrook Elementary School in Fairfax County.
