ARLINGTON, Virginia, Aug. 14 -- PBS issued the following news release on Aug. 13:

PBS announced today the launch of SELF-EVIDENT: A PBS AMERICAN PORTRAIT MINISERIES, new from PBS Digital Studios and Smartypants Pictures.
