NEW YORK, Dec. 8 -- New York Attorney General Letitia James issued the following statement after a lawsuit against the state's vaccination laws was dismissed in the case of F.F. on behalf of her minor children vs. New York:
"Vaccines ensure the health and safety of our children, our families, and our communities.
