COLUMBUS, Georgia, Dec. 2 -- The Muscogee County School District issued the following news release:
In a recent release provided by the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE), two District fine arts schools have been named as Title I Achievement Awards schools. Each year, GaDOE honors K-12 Title I schools and school districts for significant progress in improving student achievement and/or making significant progress in closing the achievement gap.
