LANSING, Michigan, Nov. 14 -- The Michigan House Republicans issued the following statement on behalf of State Rep. Jason Wentworth regarding the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association lowering the annual per-vehicle assessment by 55 percent beginning July 2020:
