WASHINGTON, Nov. 14 -- Sen. Bob Menendez, D-New Jersey, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, issued the following joint statement with Sens. Richard J. Durbin, D-Illinois, and Ted Cruz, R-Texas, in reaction to the crisis in Bolivia following the resignation of Evo Morales as President:
