WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- The House Homeland Security subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security issued the following statement by Chairman Lou Correa, D-California, at a hearing entitled "Northern Northern Border: Homeland Security Priorities in the Arctic, Part I":
