LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Aug. 23 -- Gov. Asa Hutchinson, R-Arkansas, issued the following weekly address:
Today I want to talk about what we are doing in Arkansas to expand access to mental health services and for those in need of drug-addiction counseling.
