TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Aug. 23 -- The Florida Senate issued the following news release on behalf of Florida State Sen. Linda Stewart, D-Orlando:
Senator Linda Stewart (D-Orlando) today released Senate Bill 182, which would strike language in Florida statute that forbids municipalities from governing items such as plastic shopping bags and foam containers.
