DOVER, Delaware, Aug. 23 -- Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings issued the following news release:
Attorney General Gregory Babowal secured the sentence for 26-year-old Javon Young. In January 2019, members of the State Police Kent County Drug Unit and Kent County Governor's Task Force saw Young driving a car from which he sold the drugs, and knowing Young did not have a driver's license, attempted to pull him over.
