WASHINGTON, Aug. 23 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 54221) involving Braun Intertec, Mandan, North Dakota:

A vehicle transporting a 300 mCi Cs-137 (Eckert & Ziegler Model Cs7.P03, SN CZ110) well logging source overturned when returning from a coal mine back to the sto . . .
