BOTHELL, Washington, Aug. 23 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:

Forty youth in grades 8 through 12 representing Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska completed a Youth Preparedness Camp in Stanwood, Wash. today. This engaging and empowering event served as a way for teens to learn about and practice emergency preparedness.
