COLUMBIA, South Carolina, Aug. 22 -- The South Carolina Governor's School for Science and Mathematics issued the following news:
The Board of the SC Governor's School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM) is pleased to announce that Dr. Ershela Sims has been appointed Interim President of GSSM for the 2019-2020 school year. She replaces former President Dr. Hector Flores, who has resigned. Dr. Flores served as GSSM President from 2016 through July 2019.
