OLYMPIA, Washington, June 26 -- Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson issued the following news release:
Attorney General Bob Ferguson today filed a motion asking the full Ninth Circuit to reconsider the decision of a three-judge panel allowing the Trump Administration's harmful Title X gag rule to go into effect while the legal case progresses.
