RICHMOND, Virginia, April 22 -- The Virginia Republican Party issued the following news:
Former Vice-President Joe Biden is rumored to have plans to announce his 2020 presidential campaign in Charlottesville this week. If Joe is to come to our Commonwealth just to become the twenty-something Democrat candidate, he should answer some questions.
Would he be willing to campaign with Governor Ralph Northam or Attorney General Mark Herring, given their recent blackface scand . . .
