HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, April 19 -- Gov. Tom Wolf, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
The Borough of Carlisle is the latest Pennsylvania municipality to pass a resolution formally calling for the state legislature to support Restore Pennsylvania, Governor Wolf's aggressive infrastructure investment plan.
