WASHINGTON, March 25 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's Bryce Canyon National Park issued the following news release:
Visitation is beginning to pick up at Bryce Canyon National Park as seasonal facilities reopen, hours are extended, and construction projects are scheduled to begin.
Trail access is still limited by unstable winter conditions that inhibit the park's ability to respond to emergencies. For visitor safety, hiking is only permitted along the Rim Trail . . .
