OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, March 26 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Oklahoma issued the following news release, dated March 22:
In response to the resignation of Nowata County Sheriff Terry Sue Barnett, along with the county's undersheriff, all of the deputies, most of the jail staff, and the head dispatcher, a second story of a person lost in the system in the Oklahoma County Jail, and the news of suit filed in Washington County over their debtors prison the ACLU of Oklahoma . . .
