WASHINGTON, March 23 -- Rep. David Cicilline, D-Rhode Island, chair of the Democratic Policy and Communications Committee, issued the following statement on Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation:
"Now that he has Special Counsel Mueller's report in hand, Attorney General Barr should move as quickly as possible to release it to the public in full.
