JUNEAU, Alaska, March 22 -- The Alaska Department of Natural Resources issued the following public notice:
On February 20, 2019, Harvest Alaska, LLC (Harvest), on behalf of Northstar Pipeline Company, applied under the provisions of 11 AAC 80.065 and AS 38.35 (Right of Way Leasing Act) to renew the Right-of-Way Leases for the Northstar Oil Pipeline, ADL 415700, and the Northstar Gas Pipeline, ADL 415975, for 30 years, the maximum period authorized by law.
