TRENTON, New Jersey, Feb. 15 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news release:

Citing the rise in consumer online data breaches, Assembly Democrats Jamel Holley and Valerie Vainieri Huttle, through their legislation (A-4976), aim to inform consumers on online privacy and ways to protect their personal information. The bill was approved Thursday by the Assembly Science, Innovation and Technology Committee.
