TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Feb. 15 -- The Florida Democratic Party issued the following statement:
Today, FDP Chair Terrie Rizzo released the following statement on Jose Oliva's refusal to seat Rep-elect Dan Daley before legislative session:
"Jose Oliva's effort to deny the people of HD 97 a voice in Tallahassee is an insult.
"Oliva is leaving the people of Parkland without representation during a legislative session where Republicans intend to force . . .
