American Lung Association Applauds Announcement by Governors to Combat Air Pollution From Transportation

WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- The American Lung Association issued the following statement by Chief Mission Officer Deborah Brown in response to a coalition of Governors in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast on a plan to work together to reduce carbon pollution from the transportation sector:
"From wildfires to hurricanes and severe storms, we are experiencing the health impacts of climate change today and the transportation sector is the largest source of the carbon pollution that causes . . .
