BEMIDJI, Minnesota, Dec. 18 -- Bemidji State University issued the following news:
Bemidji State University student Andrew Beste, a junior studying criminal justice from Richmond, Minn., was awarded the Minnesota Sheriffs' Association Scholarship earlier this fall.
The Minnesota Sheriffs' Association established a scholarship fund for students pursuing a career in the law enforcement field. These scholarships are available for students who are in the peace officer stand . . .
