California A.G. Becerra Issues Statement on Judge O'Connor Affordable Care Act Decision

SACRAMENTO, California, Dec. 14 -- California Attorney General Xavier Becerra issued the following statement regarding Judge Reed O'Connor's decision in Texas vs. U.S., declaring the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional but denying the injunction:
"Today's ruling is an assault on 133 million Americans with preexisting conditions, on the 20 million Americans who rely on the ACA for healthcare, and on America's faithful progress toward affordable healthcare for all Americans.
