TOPEKA, Kansas, Dec. 14 -- Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt issued the following news release:

Attorney General Derek Schmidt announced today that Crossroads Hospice of Kansas has agreed to pay more than $300,000 to the Kansas Medicaid program for improper billing at a facility in Lenexa.
