WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 53788) involving Grand Gulf power reactor in Mississippi:
MANUAL REACTOR SCRAM DUE TO FAILED OPEN TURBINE BYPASS VALVE
