PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct. 15 -- The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality issued the following public notice:
ADEQ, in accordance with Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act, has developed a Clean Water Plan (CWP) that includes Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) analysis for five reaches in the Upper Santa Cruz River subwatershed near Nogales, Arizona. There are three reaches of the Santa Cruz below Nogales WWTP outfall to Sopori Wash, one reach Nogales Wash from the US/Mexico border . . .
