SACRAMENTO, California, Oct. 15 -- California State Treasurer John Chiang issued the following news release:
California State Treasurer John Chiang today announced the sale of $90 million in green bonds to finance the construction of energy efficient student housing at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
