WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- The American Petroleum Institute issued the following statement by Howard Feldman, senior director of regulatory and scientific affairs, on the proposed technical revisions of the Environmental Protection Agency's rule regarding air emissions standards regulating the natural gas and oil industry that was published in the Federal Register:
