Children's Book Bank, a Stellar PPS Partner, Set to Celebrate 10 Years of Literacy Advocacy

PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug. 16 -- The Portland Public Schools issued the following news:
One of PPS's great partners, the Children's Book Bank, will celebrate 10 years of supporting children's literacy with an event on Saturday, Aug. 25. The celebration will run 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the organization's location at 1915 NE 7th Ave.
The event will feature free, family-friendly activities with games, food trucks, live music, raffle prizes, crafts, face-painting and circus acts.
