ACPS to Adopt Community Eligibility Provision This School Year

CUMBERLAND, Maryland, Aug. 15 -- The Allegany County Public School District issued the following news:
The Allegany County Public School System has qualified four schools for participation in the Community Eligibility Provision this school year. All students at John Humbird, Westernport, George's Creek, and South Penn Elementary Schools will receive free breakfast and lunch as a result of this provision of the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act.
