SACRAMENTO, California, June 19 -- The Bay Area Air Quality Management District issued the following news release:
The Air District's Board of Directors has approved $4.5 million to fund projects at 15 regional public agencies to reduce greenhouse gases from existing buildings, and/or to develop innovative strategies for long-term reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
