KINGS POINT, N.Y., June 18 -- The Maritime Administration's U.S. Merchant Marine Academy issued the following news release:
Maritime Administrator Rear Admiral Mark H. Buzby, USMMA '79, presents Secretary of Defense James N. Mattis with a commemorative set of the decorations earned by his father as a Licensed Marine Engineer.
Administrator Buzby presented the set to Secretary Mattis as part of the 82nd Commencement Exercises at the Merchant Marine Academy.
