WASHINGTON, April 19 -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued the following recall alert on Ningbo Tooky Toy Petit Collage musical jumbo wooden xylophones:
Hazard: The ball on the end of the toy xylophone beater stick can separate, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Remedy: Replace
