WASHINGTON, April 19 -- The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued the following recall alert on Polaris Phoenix 200 all-terrain vehicles (ATVs):

Hazard: The throttle limiter can fail due to damage during shipping, posing a crash hazard.

Remedy: Repair
