SPRINGFIELD, Illinois, March 19 -- The Illinois Supreme Court issued the following news release:
Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced today that the Third Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Anthony R. Jumper as an associate judge of the Third Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Jumper received his undergraduate degree in 2000 from Illinois Wesleyan in Bloomington, IL, and his Juris Doctor in 2005 from Southern Illinois Universit . . .
