PHOENIX, Arizona, March 19 -- The Arizona Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Governor Doug Ducey last week was caught again lying about the state of Arizona's education system. This time, Ducey fibbed about the amount of budget money that could funnel into teacher pay - which is ranked dead last in the nation.
Ducey: "Well, the next step is 400 million dollars that's in this year's budget right now."
