PORTLAND, Oregon, Feb. 22 -- The Oregon Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Jeanne Atkins on passage of HB 4145 this afternoon:
"Today our Governor's leadership resulted in a significant legislative victory over the NRA and the Oregon gun lobby.
