ST. LOUIS, Missouri, Jan. 16 -- The Missouri Supreme Court issued the following news release:
Pursuant to the Missouri Nonpartisan Court Plan and Supreme Court Rule 10.28(d), the 21stCircuit Judicial Commission announces the following information relating to the applicants for the associate judge vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Dennis Smith: of the 29 applicants, there are 13 women, 16 men, three minorities, 26 non-minorities, 14 presently employed in the private sector . . .
