RICHMOND, Virginia, Jan. 13 -- Gov. Terry McAuliffe, D-Virginia, issued the following news release:
Governor Ralph Northam today signed Executive Order Number One at the Virginia State Capitol, which prohibits discrimination based on race, sex, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, political affiliation, or against otherwise qualified persons with disabilities in Virginia state government.
