PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Dec. 12 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Louis D. Lappen, issued the following news release:
Michael Hoffner, Sr., 52, of Voorhees, New Jersey, was sentenced today to 42 months in prison for wire fraud, announced United States Attorney Louis D. Lappen. The Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg also imposed a three year term of supervised release and ordered the defendant to pay $87,060 in restitution and to forfeit $82,643 in procee . . .
