LEXINGTON, Kentucky, Dec. 8 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Kentucky, Robert M. Duncan Jr., issued the following news release:
A federal grand jury in Lexington has indicted an Adair County man, on a charge of conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and securities fraud, arising out of an oil and gas exploration investment scheme.
