Author Ta-Nehisi Coates to Speak at Pitt

PITTSBURGH, March 17 -- The University of Pittsburgh issued the following news release:

Ta-Nehisi Coates, outspoken social activist and New York Times bestselling author, will deliver a literary reading at Pitt on March 20. Part of the University's Pittsburgh Contemporary Writers Series, the reading will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Assembly Room of the William Pitt Union, 3959 Fifth Ave., Oakland.
