WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed to approve a revision to the Minnesota state implementation plan (SIP) that would decrease the allowable emissions of particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM10) from a major wastewater treatment facility.
