TULSA, Oklahoma, Nov. 8 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Tulsa District issued the following news:

Tulsa District to close bridge over Kaw Dam; flood operations, recreation not affected

In the interest of public safety, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District will close both lanes of the bridge over Kaw Dam, near Ponca City, Okla., at noon Nov. 7.
